
Nature One is excellent for use in homes, schools, apartments, public buildings, hospitals, or wherever stains and odors are a problem on carpet and hard surfaces. Effective in removing most stains and odors where stains have occurred. Nature One will dissolve and diffuse grease, urine, fecal matter and fat build-ups. This product's natural stain and odor enzymes aid in reducing stain build up problems, as well as eliminating offensive odors and stains. This product can safely be used on any surface that has pet stains or odors.
GENERAL USE
To be effective, Nature One Pet Odor & Stain Remover must come in contact with all urine deposits on or in the surface; regardless of the stage of stain. Different surfaces will require a slightly different techniques (See Below). Nature One must be applied to a damp surface and must remain in contact with that surface for at least fifteen minutes for the enzymes to completely their work. In certain cases where deposits are heavy, very old, or other urine odor/stain products have been used, several treatments of Nature One treatment may be necessary.
General Rules:
- Remove any solid waste or waste particles present
- NEVER spray on pets or people. Nature One is mild and safe to use around pets and people because it is all natural but is not designed for topical use!
- ALWAYS check color fast fabrics before using.
- Always test the product first! Do NOT use directly on pet litter - this is ineffective.
- If the litter has a urine odor, change it. Nature One is great for the litter pan itself (See below).
- NEVER use other cleaners or chemicals of any kind at the same time as Nature One - this will reduce its effectiveness.
- Use Nature One first! If other chemicals have already been applied, be sure to rinse repeatedly to remove all traces and allow to dry completely before using.
LITTER BOXES
Follow the general rules above (IMPORTANT: empty and clean litter box before using Nature One) and use Nature One daily on litter boxes. If odor or stain persists, the continue use.
FURNITURE
Always check for colorfastness! For specific treatment of more delicate furnishings, such as leather, always consult first with the manufacturer or store where you bought the item.
- Do not use any other cleaners or chemicals, nor should you shampoo the affected area. If you plan to have the piece of furniture cleaned, do this only after you have removed all urine odor and stain with Nature One.
- Soak up as much urine as possible by blotting with paper towels.
- Squirt Nature One on the desired area and rub in a circular motion. Repeat process until desired result is achieved.
CARPET
Always check for colorfastness! For specific treatment of more delicate fibers, always consult first with the manufacturer or store where you bought the item.
- Do not use any other cleaners or chemicals, nor should you shampoo the affected area. If you plan to have the carpet cleaned, do this only after you have removed all urine odor and stain with Nature One.

HARDWOOD FLOORS
Urine stains in hardwood flooring are some of the toughest stains to remove, especially if repeated soiling has turned the area black. The black staining indicates that there is a heavy build-up of dried uric salt crystals, and also that actual wood damage has taken place, as the acidic urine has burned the tannins in the wood. Be sure to use Nature One prior to refinishing floors.
- Make sure you have removed all urine and stain first before using Nature One.
- Squirt Nature One on the desired area and rub in a circular motion. Repeat process until desired result is achieved.
- Allow the area to dry
TILE
Always clean tiles first before using Nature One.
- Clean desired spot first by blotting with clean paper towels.
- Squirt Nature One on the desired area and rub in a circular motion. Repeat process until desired result is achieved.
- Allow the area to air dry.
PLYWOOD
It is generally the case that if your carpet is stained, then the subfloors/plywood will be too. However, because most times this area will be recarpeted, the process is quite simple.
- Do not use any other cleaners or chemicals! Make sure the floor is dry.
- Sweep thoroughly to remove all loose debris and dirt. Dispose of debris and dirt in the garbage, as frequently much of this will be contaminated with urine and can pose a lingering odor issue if not removed.
- Soak up as much urine as possible by blotting with paper towels.
- Squirt Nature One on the desired area and rub in a circular motion. Repeat process until desired result is achieved.
